It would be on the list during the Election Commission, EC\u2019s deliberations on electoral reforms with the ministry.<\/span><\/p>\n The\u00a0blockchain used<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0by the system to allow citizens to vote outside of their registration city. It also prevents them from voting more than once.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n While paper ballots seem old-fashioned to some. Many oppose the idea of \u200b\u200bdigital voting for fear of hacking.\u00a0<\/span>Arora said that if machines can \u201cmalfunction\u201d like any other electronic device, they cannot be \u201ctampered with\u201d.
