Cryptocurrencies will remain in the financial market for a long time, is the new gold, according to legendary investor David Rubenstein.
Although he has never bought cryptocurrencies, he has invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in companies affiliated with them.
As he told CNBC, cryptocurrencies will remain on the market for years to come, so such investments are perfectly acceptable.
“Cryptocurrencies came out of nowhere and dominated. I think this status is not going to change.
“It’s not a realistic position that the government can stop the expansion of cryptocurrencies,” Rubenstein said, adding that many investors use them as compensation for inflation or as an alternative to gold.
